This existing 144,258 sq.ft building was badly in need of modernisation and Three Sixty were appointed as Project and Cost Managers to ensure that the associated modernisation works were delivered in accordance with the Clients brief. 

Before works commenced Three Sixty established the scope of works, programme and budget parameters for the scheme. 

Letting the works in trade by trade packages, the unit was sub-divided of into 5 separate units. Elevational changes included total re-cladding, introduction of level access doors and additional security doors. Three Sixty dealt directly with all subcontractors, material suppliers and Building Control to produce industrial units suitable for letting, whilst reinforcing the Langham Park brand.
