Three Sixty were appointed to provide Cost Management and Contract Administration services in relation to these fast track fitting out works to enable the Clients business unit to relocate from their existing premises.

 

An existing developers shell, Three Sixty were appointed to procure and cost manage the fitting out works within tight time and cost constraints whilst also ensuring integration of the Clients new Corporate workplace vision into the scheme.
