Three Sixty were appointed to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services in relation to these fitting out works to enable the Clients business unit to relocate from their existing premises into this single platform facility.

 

An existing developers shell, Three Sixty were appointed jointly by the Landlord and Experian to project / cost manage both the fitting out works and also repair and refurbishment works to the building envelope.
