Embankment House Restaurant
The Clients brief when considering the refurbishment of their existing restaurant at Embankment House was to deliver a "modern, high quality facility, reflective of the business's image". The concept design conceived and developed by Marchini Curran Associates responded positively, providing three distinct zones (the chill area, refectory and club lounge) whilst maintaining flexibility of space and not ignoring the functional requirements that a restaurant for 200+ staff must have.
As both project and cost managers, Three Sixty were responsible for the overall delivery of the scheme within tight budget and programme constraints, liaising closely with the Client's internal departments and also catering outsource providers to ensure minimal disruption to the business, and integration of branding and operational requirements. Procured under the Clients bespoke form of Contract, the works were negotiated with Paragon Interiors Limited.
