The Great Hall, Southwell Minster

Three Sixty were appointed as Quantity Surveyors for this two part development. The first part consisted of the stabilisation of the Grade I listed "ruins" of the former residence of the Archbishop of York and the second the re-ordering of the Grade I listed Great Hall.

The works were subject to a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) grant and Three Sixty worked closely with both the HLF and Dean & Chapter to ensure that the works were not only within budget at each of the prescribed stages, but also that they were procured in accordance with HLF guidelines and criteria.

Throughout the delivery stage, Three Sixty provided Contractual and financial advice to both the Dean & Chapter and design team to enable informed decisions to be made.
