The Hedges Medical Centre

These works were partially grant funded under NHS Englands "Primary Care Infrastructure Fund" (PCIF) initiative which was introduced to "help improve premises to benefit both patients and professionals working in primary care".

Works comprised the fitting out of an existing fallow area to form four new consulting rooms, administration and amenity space, together with the refurbishment of existing consulting / clinical areas to bring these up to current HTM and CQC standards, refurbishment of administration and circulation spaces, improvements to building access arrangements, the renewal of internal and external signage and the resolution of general building fabric issues.

The works were undertaken in phases in order to enable the Practice to continue to operate throughout with minimal impact.

Three Sixty were engaged as Employers Agents and Cost Managers, responsible for developing and agreeing the scope of works with both the Tenant and NHS England, procuring fixed price tenders,  assisting the Client throughout the grant application process, managing the delivery of the works and administering the terms of contract between parties.
