Former Huntingtower Arms Pulic House

Three Sixty were appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants in relation to the conversion of this former public house into commercial retail space and residential units at ground and first floor levels respectively.

Initially intended as two seperate units, the ground floor area was left as a single unit but with two individual shop fronts to provide the Client with flexibility when marketing the property. The first floor area was also left as a shell for future fitting out.

Works entailed significant remodelling of the property to increase the footprint at ground floor level and introduce a new stair core at the rear of the property to provid separate access to the proposed residential element. In addition, works included the procurement of seperate incoming services and the resurfacing of external areas to create car parking.

Three Sixty's responsibilities included cost planning and management of the design team during the pre-contract period, preparation of formal documentation and the procurement of competitive tenders, liaison with Statutory services providers and the administration of the Contract between parties during the works.
