11-19 Market Street

Having been left to deteriorate into a state of disrepair for the past ten years, the works to this building originally constructed in the early 1900's were implemented following the purchase of the site by our Client with a view to restoring the building to its former condition and bringing the upper floors back into full use.
Partially financed via Lottery grant funding, the works were procured in two phases, initially comprising the renewal of the roof coverings and associated rainwater goods, followed by general building fabric repair and refurbishment works.
Working along side Inclusive Design Limited, Three Sixty provided Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services and in doing so have been responsible for defining the scope of works and agreeing such with the Town Heritage Initiative, giving due consideration to historic nature of the building and the materials and techniques associated with such works; procurement and the management of the implementation thereof and liaising with the funding body to ensure that the works are undertaken to the requisite standard . Three Sixty have also assisted in the grant funding applications and making interim draw downs against the grant monies awarded for the works, all in accordance with the Town Heritage Initiatives procedures.
