Hexgreave Hall

This Grade II listed building situated within the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside was the subject of European grant funded works to extend, refurbish and convert the building into office accomodation as part of the overall redevelopment of the estate.
 
Appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the scheme, Three Sixty were responsible for the procurement and cost management of the works. In conjunction with the Architect, Martin Hubbard and Associates, Three Sixty's duties included the development of the overall scope of works, management of the tender process and the management of the financial aspects of the scheme throughout the Contract period.
